Healthy living encompasses healthy eating, exercise and positive yet, critical, outlook. Preparing home-made, wholesome meals is not as hard as it is often believed to be. I have been cooking and baking since I was in middle school, and have learned different ways to streamline and simplify cooking, without sacrificing quality. I am so happy to be able to share them with you.
I have been doing Pilates for years and couldn’t live without it, it helps me feel strong and stay on top of things. Same as with cooking, fitness doesn’t need to be elaborate or time consuming (time is at a premium in this household!). It should be doable, realistic and enjoyable, so that it could be sustained.
Emotional and mental clarity as not something that I wouldn’t put in the “easily done” category. It does involve a certain amount of work: setting up and maintaining (!) your internal “filter” to avoid mental clutter is hard. But doing that, and keeping an open and flexible mind helps you grow.
